Attorney Murtha received his J.D. from Western New England University School of Law and his B.S. in Political Science from Fairfield University. Dan focuses his legal practice on all aspects of residential real estate and commercial real estate; as well as business law, landlord and tenant disputes and personal injury.
Born and raised in Newtown, Dan resides with his wife Samantha and his two young children. Dan continues to serve and remain involved in his community as well as the Great Danbury Area. His passions include coaching youth hockey, fishing, hiking and spending every opportunity to be with his family and friends.
