Dorothy G. Monaco

Dorothy, the most tenured administrator at the office, wears multiple hats and keeps all gears in motion between our ever-growing firm. Office manager, real estate paralegal, intake specialist, human resource coordinator, criminal law paralegal- all titles fall short to describing the profound impact Dorothy has on all facets of the firm. While working full time and raising two children, Dorothy graduated cum laude from Western Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Justice and Law Administration and minoring in Psychology. She was named to the Dean’s List during her time in school- ever raising the bar for colleagues and students alike. She was named as Employee of the Year for three straight years and takes pride in training and welcoming new staff to the team. Dorothy is an invaluable and critical part of Hoekenga, Machado & Lyon, LLC and seamlessly juggles countless responsibilities on a day-to-day basis.
