Philip F. Spillane, Esq.

Attorney Spillane received his J.D. from Western New England College School of Law graduating cum laude. He received his Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of Connecticut with a major in Political Science. Phil Spillane brings a wealth of experience to the firm as he’s been practicing law since 1978 focusing in Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation. Most notably, Attorney Spillane successfully argued the case of Harpaz v. Laidlaw Transit, Inc., in the Connecticut Supreme Court prompting a new, statewide precedent regarding injured workers’ rights when the employers fail to properly contest the claim. 

Attorney Spillane is based in our New Milford office and is heavily involved in the community often displaying his talents with his band, Delusions of Grandeur, at various live music festivals. He currently resides in New Milford with his beautiful wife and has four adult children.
