Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.), Quinnipiac University School of Law, 2015; Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Politics, Fairfield University, 2012, minors in Italian Studies and Studio Arts.
Nicole’s passion revolves around educating her community and peers. During her time at Fairfield University, Nicole was appointed captain of the Division 1 Cross Country team, while simultaneously achieving consistent academic excellence. One of Nicole’s fondest memories from college was the semester she spent living in Florence, Italy and traveling around Europe.
While at Quinnipiac University School of Law, Nicole continued to focus her attention on learning how to counsel families, focusing on Family Law and Estate Planning, and working in the New Haven Superior Court. Upon graduating and passing the Connecticut and New Jersey bar exams, Nicole was quickly able to begin counseling clients and teaching educational classes in the local communities. She also worked as an Adjunct professor at Albertus Magnus College and continues to teach adult education classes on Medicaid, Probate and Estate planning in Newtown, Trumbull, and Milford.
Nicole prides herself on taking an educational approach to counseling clients on estate planning, asset protection, elder law issues, and probate estate administration She enjoys helping individuals navigate complicated long term care planning issues and finding creative ways to protect and use hard-earned assets in the most beneficial ways for families. Nicole is committed to providing clear, plain English legal guidance in these specialized areas of the law and creating a comfortable space for clients who are handling difficult issues. She loves the fact that her area of practice affords her the opportunity to maintain long-lasting relationships with her clients and their families.
When she’s not in the office, Nicole is spending time with her husband Vinny and daughter Eloise at their home in Newtown, CT. She has a dog, Luna and cat, Stella, and enjoys gardening with the hopes of have a mini homestead at some point in the future. When she’s not at home, Nicole enjoys taste-testing local restaurants (recommendations welcome!) and traveling (when possible).
